The liquid in the toy (the "disappearing ink"), intended to be spilled on another person, is excessively alkaline (measured pH: 12,5). It may cause chemical burns and injuries if it reaches a person's skin or eyes, or if ingested.
The product does not comply with the requirements of the Toy Safety Directive.
