50. Uganda – Publishes following standards
- DUS 2209:2019, Information Security — Standard specifies the requirements that public and private sector organisations that own and/or operate CII shall adhere to in order to identify, quantify or qualitatively describe and prioritise risks against risk evaluation criteria and objectives relevant to them
- DUS 2175:2019, Information Security - Standard specifies requirements for security controls that reduce vulnerability to information security such as cyber and other possible threats affecting protected computers and /or CII.
- DUS 2376:2021, Handcrafted Jewellery - Standard specifies requirements and test methods for handcrafted jewellery. The standard applies to handcrafted jewellery as defined in clause 3.1.
- DUS 966‑1:2021, Surgical clothing - Standard specifies requirements, sampling and test methods for single-use and reusable surgical gowns and surgical drapes used as medical devices for patients, clinical staff and equipment intended to prevent the transmission of infective agents between patients and clinical staff during surgical and other invasive procedures. This standard does not apply to incision drapes or films.
- DUS 966‑2:2021, Surgical clothing - Standard specifies requirements, sampling and test methods for single-use and reusable surgical clean air suits used as medical devices for patients, clinical staff and equipment intended to prevent the transmission of infective agents between patients and clinical staff during surgical and other invasive procedures. It does not apply to scrub suits.
- DUS 821:2021, Bond paper - Standard specifies requirements, sampling and test methods for four classes (based on grammage) of general purpose bond paper suitable for printing, typewriting and for pen and ink writing and that are supplied in sheets or reels.
