In order to keep the Indian exporters informed of the rejections faced by Indian products in the EU and to take preventive actions FIEO is forwarding the Rapid Alert Systems for Food and Feed (RASFF) and for Non-Food Consumer Products (RAPEX)alerts on a weekly basis.
The alert from EU generated during 30th July – 5th August, 2019 are as under:

Children’s blouse with small figures sewn to the front of the blouse (with various shapes – round, rectangular and others) originated from India has small parts which can easily detach from the blouse. The small child may place the small part into his/her mouth and choke.
