The Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT) published following:
- Notification No. 56/2015-20 dated 18 February, 2019 (Click Here) - Export policy of Red Sanders wood exclusively sourced from cultivation origin obtained from private land (including Pattaland) has been notified to allow exports of Red Sanders wood in log form, roots and value added products.
- Public Notice No. 74/2015-20 dated 18 February, 2019 (Click Here) - Procedure to obtain export license from DGFT for export of Red Sanders wood in log form, roots and value added products exclusively sourced from cultivation origin obtained from private land (including Pattaland) under Chapter 44 of ITC (HS) Classification of Export and Import Items 2018 has been prescribed.
- Public Notice No. 73/2015-20 dated 14 February, 2019 (Click Here) – Under SION E92, import of Groundnut in Shell/Kernels has been allowed.
- Policy Circular No. 19/2015-20 dated 14 February, 2019 (Click Here) regarding discontinuation of physical copy of Advance /EPCG Authorisations issued from 1/3/2019 onwards, for EDI ports.

The Central Board of Indirect Taxes & Customs (CBIC) published following:
- Notification No.05/2019-Customs dated 16 February, 2019 (Click Here) seeks to insert tariff item 9806 00 00 in chapter 98 of the First schedule to Customs tariff act, 1975 to impose basic customs duty of 200% on all goods originating in or exported from Pakistan.
- Notification No. 10/2019- Customs dated 15 February, 2019 (Click Here) Tariff Value of Edible Oils, Brass Scrap, Poppy Seeds, Areca Nut, Gold and Silver are notified.

- Circular No. 90/09/2019-GST dated 18 February, 2019 (Click Here) seeks to clarify situations of compliance of rule 46(n) of the CGST Rules, 2017 while issuing invoices in case of inter- State supply.

Cambodia Institute of Standards published amendment to Cambodian Standard CS 093:2012, Rev.1:2018 dated 15 February, 2019 (Click Here) pertaining to general standard of food additive.

Thailand Ministry of Public Health published Ministerial Regulations for the Notification dated 15 February, 2019 (Click Here) of Insecurity and Danger due to the process or procedure related to the production, import, export, sale, passing through or possession of pathogens or animal toxins.

Secretaría De Regulación Y Gestión Sanitaria, Argentina published amended food code/food additives through Resolución Conjunta 3/2019 (Click Here) , Resolución Conjunta 4/2019 (Click Here), Resolución Conjunta 5/2019 (Click Here) , Resolución Conjunta 6/2019 (Click Here) , and Resolución Conjunta 7/2019 (Click Here) dated 8 February, 2019 . All resolution are effective from 14 February, 2019.

Kenya Bureau of Standards issued new version of PVoC Program Operation Manual (version 8.0) dated 1 February, 2019 (Click Here). PVoC Program is a conformity assessment program applied to products at the respective exporting countries, to ensure their compliance with the applicable Kenyan Technical Regulations and Mandatory Standards or approved specifications.

Brazil Anatel (National Telecommunications Agency) has published Act No 630 dated 4 February, 2019 (Click Here) to update the Conformity Assessment and Technical requirements of Cellular Access Terminals. The updated requirements cancel and replace the Table 1 of Annex I of Anatel Act No 209/2019 (Click Here).

Department Of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries, South Africa published Notice no. 131 dated 15 February, 2019 (Click Here) amending Genetically Modified Organisms Act, 1997 (Act No. 15 Of 1997) pertaining to import and export fees for genetically modified organisms. The rates will be effective from 1st April 2019.

EU Commission Regulation (EU) 2019/261 dated 14 February, 2019 (Click Here) amending Implementing Regulation (EU) 2018/140 terminating the investigation on imports of certain cast iron articles originating in India.

Secretariat of Environmental Governance and Sustainable Development of Argentina published Resolution 21/19 published on 24 January, 2019 (Click Here) regarding certification and testing procedures of primary cells (batteries).

The Chilean Superintendence of Electricity and Combustible fuels (SEC) has issued the Circular 1720 published on 2 February, 2019 (Click Here) to set new implementation dates of technical regulations for several products like hot/cold water dispensers, circuit breakers, portable air conditioners, among others. The complete list and new implementation dates are listed in the Table attached to Circular 1720.

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) amended following tolerances for residues dated 15 February, 2019:
