Eurasian Economic Union – Eurasian Economic Commission published following:
- Government Decree No. 57 published on 31 January 2019 (Click here) established that the temporarily imported yachts for recreation and sports are exempted from ensuring the payment of customs duties.
- Government Decree No 58 published on 1 February 2019 (Click here) changes in the List of codes of types of food products subject to 10% VAT. According to the changes, a new item was included in this section. 10.20.11 Fish fillet, other fish meat (including minced meat) fresh or chilled.
- Eurasian Economic Board Decision No. 19 published on 31 January 2019 (Click here) changes to the list of standards required to meet the requirements of the technical regulations of safety of wheeled vehicles.
