The Directorate General of Foreign Trade published following:
- Public Notice No. 55/2018 dated 3 December, 2018 (Click Here) - corrections have been made in the appendix 3B, Table 2 as notified vide Public Notice 61 dated 07.03.2017, and modified from time to time, to be applicable with effect from 01.01.2017.
- Public Notice No. 56/2018 dated 5 December, 2018 (Click Here) - revised territorial jurisdiction of the Regional Authorities of DGFT and their jurisdiction is notified with immediate effect.

Agricultural and Processed Food Products Export Development Authority (APEDA) published Advisory for Indian Exporters of Grapes to China dated 24 November, 2018 (Click Here) pertaining to phytosanitary requirement for the export of Grapes from India to China.

The Thailand Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives published Notification on the definition of fill Feed consumption and conditions for prohibiting the production or sale of animal feed (No. 2) dated 30 November, 2018 (Click Here).

The Australian Pesticides and Veterinary Medicines Authority (APVMA) published Australia New Zealand Food Standards Code - Schedule 20 - Maximum residue limits Variation Instrument No. APVMA 8, 2018 dated 2 December, 2018 (Click Here). This code provides to vary Schedule 20 of the Food Standards Code to include or change MRLs pertaining to agricultural products.

Ministry of Ecology and Environment of the People's Republic of China published Technical Guidelines pollution source and Power Accounting dated 28 November, 2018 (Click Here). This Announcement is for five national environmental protection standards. The following standards will come into force from 1 January, 2019:

South Korea - Korean Food and Drug Administration published following:
- Prime Ministerial Decree No. 1500 published on 4 December, 2018 (Click Here) amending Enforcement Rule of the Food and Drug Sector Testing and Inspection Act.
- Ministry of Food and Drug Safety (MFDS) published Notice No. 2018-98 on 29 November, 2018 (Click Here) revising their food regulations, including numerous MRL changes.

Argentina’s Directorate of Domestic Trade Policies and Competition published Resolución Conjunta 12/2018 on 21 November, 2018 (Click Here) amending standard for infant foods. It is effective as of 22 November, 2018. There is a grace period for compliance until 22 November, 2019.

United Kingdom - Published following regulations:
- Statutory Instruments 2018 No. 1294 published the Trade Barriers (Revocation) (EU Exit) Regulations 2018 on 3 December, 2018 (Click Here). The effect of these Regulations is that the EU procedure for raising trade barrier concerns and having these considered by the EU institutions no longer applies to UK businesses.
- Statutory Instruments 2018 No. 1249 published the Customs (Special Procedures and Outward Processing) (EU Exit) Regulations, 2018 on 29 November, 2018 (Click Here).
- Statutory Instruments 2018 No. 1248 published the Customs (Import Duty) (EU Exit) Regulations, 2018 on 29 November, 2018 (Click Here).
- Statutory Instruments 2018 No. 1275 published the Quality Schemes (Agricultural Products and Foodstuffs) Regulations 2018 on 3 December, 2018 (Click Here). It will come into force from 1 January, 2019.

EEU – Eurasian Economic Commission published followings on 3 December, 2018. All decisions will come into force from 1 July, 2019:

Department Of Energy, South Africa published notice NO. R. 1334 on 4 December, 2018 (Click Here) regarding Regulations in respect of the single maximum national retail price for Illuminating Paraffin.

The GCC Standardization Organization (GSO) has issued Announcement 141/300/18 on 20th November, 2018 (Click Here)regarding the maintenance of the validity of Gulf Type Examination certificates according to the Technical Regulation for Low Voltage Electrical Equipment and Appliances (LVE BD-142004-01).

Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications, Japan amend the regulations for the Ultra Wide Band (UWB) Wireless system (Click Here). The proposes date of entry into force is April, 2019.

ENARGAS (Gas national regulator authority), Argentina published resolution N° 335/2018 on 4 December, 2018 (Click Here) regarding Instant water heaters of domestic use that use gas as fuel. This technical regulation specifies minimum requirements and test methods regarding construction, safety and rational use of energy, as well as the classification and marking of instant water heaters of domestic use provided with atmospheric burners using gaseous fuels.
