The Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT) has published following:
- Public Notice No. 48/2015-20 dated 20 November 2018 (Click Here) the town of Bhadohi in Uttar Pradesh has been notified as a Town of Export Excellence for Carpets and other floor coverings.
- Public Notice No. 45/2015-2020 dated 15 November, 2018 (Click Here) period for installation and operationalisation of Radiation Portal Monitors and Container Scanner in the designated port is extended up to 31.03.2019.

Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs
- Circular No. 45/2018-Customs dated 19 November 2018 (Click Here)clarifies Re-import of Goods Exported through Post are also Covered for Exemption under Ntfn 45/2017 and 46/2017 dated 30.06.2017
- Notification No. 55/2018-Customs (ADD) dated 15th November, 2018 (Click Here) seek extension of existing anti-dumping on "O-Acid" originating in or exported from China PR and imposed vide notification No. 6/2018-Customs (ADD) dated 12th March, 2018 to the imports originating and exported from China PR of "O-Ester".

The Food Safety Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) published following dated 16 November, 2018:
- Food Safety and Standards (Food Products Standards and Food Additives) Tenth Amendment Regulation, 2018 (Click Here) pertaining to making provisions for new food additive.
- Food Safety and Standards (Recognition and Notification of Laboratories) Regulations, 2018 (Click Here) to recognize by notification, food laboratories and research institution accredited by National Accreditation Board for Testing and Calibration Laboratories or any other accreditation agency for the purposes of carrying out analysis of samples by the Food Analysts under this Act.

China – Published followings
