The Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs (CBIC) has published Circular No 44 dated 13 November, 2018 (Click Here) regarding Implementation of PGA eSANCHIT - Paperless Processing under SWIFT-Uploading of Licenses/Permits/Certificates/Other Authorizations (LPCOs) by PGAs.

Vietnam Ministry of Health issued Circular No. 23/2018 / TT-BYT dated 14 November, 2018 (Click Here) regulating the withdrawal and handling of unsafe food under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Health. This Circular stipulates in detail the form, order and responsibility for withdrawal and post-recovery handling of food, food additives, food processing aids, tools and materials, containing Contain food that does not ensure food safety under the management of the Ministry of Health.

The Malaysian Ministry of Health published Food (Amendment) Regulations 2018 dated 12 November, 2018 (Click Here). According to this regulation no person shall manufacture for sale, sell, expose or offer for sale, consign or deliver table salt or salt weighting more than 20 kg for household use and human consumption unless it is "Iodised Table Salt" or "Iodised Salt". This regulation come into operation on 30 September, 2020.

Health Canada published following:

China Ministry of Ecology and Environment published an announcement No. 49 of 2018 dated 19 October, 2018 (Click Here) on the ban of ozone depleting substance HCFC-14b using as Foaming Agent in Refrigerators/freezers, refrigerated containers and Electric Water Heaters. Date of enter into force will be 1 January, 2019.
