    • Extension of the anti-dumping on graphite electrodes originating from India as per the Decision no 156 published on 25 September, 2018 (Click Here) and will be effective from 28 October, 2018.

    • Decision no 167 published on 16 October, 2018 (Click Here) approved the list of products in respect of which the submission of customs declaration is accompanied by the submission of a document on the assessment of compliance with the technical regulations of “On restricting the use of hazardous substances in electrical engineering and radio electronics”. It contains refrigerators, electric stoves, power tools, microwave ovens, washing machines, computers, irons, vacuum cleaners, and other household appliances.

    • Decision no 166 published on 16 October, 2018 (Click Here) approved the list of products for which the submission of the customs declaration is accompanied by the submission of a document on the conformity assessment of the technical regulations of “On the safety of certain types of specialized food products, including dietary medical and dietary preventive nutrition”.

    • Decision no 163 published on 16 October, 2018 (Click Here) imposed temporary zero rate customs duties on import of chemical compounds for the production of plant protection products.

  12. The USDA Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) published FSIS Directive 7120.1 Revision 47 dated 18 October, 2018 (Click Here). This directive lists safe and suitable ingredients, including food additives, used in the production of meat, poultry, and egg products.
