It amends the MRLs of agricultural and veterinary chemicals and MRLs for pesticides in animal feed commodities for certain compounds.

- National Health and Family Planning Commission of China published Announcement No. 8 of 2018 dated 4 September, 2018 (Click Here) pertaining to five new food additive varieties such as (±)-1-cyclohexylethanol and food additives N-[N-(3, 3-dimethylbutyl)] -L-α-aspartate ammonia-L-phenylalanine 1-methyl ester (also known as neotame) and other seven types of safety assessment materials for expanding the scope of use and dosage.
- South Korea Food and Drug Administration published following:
- President of the Republic of Belarus published Edict No 345 published on 22 August, 2018 (Click Here) regarding registration of prices for medicines, established that the maximum selling prices of organizations engaged in the production of medicines included in the list approved thereby are subject to registration.
- The Environment, Food and Rural Affairs (Miscellaneous Amendments and Revocations) Regulations 2018 (Click Here) published by the United Kingdom on 23 August, 2018.
- Ministry of the Environment and Food, Denmark published Decree related to plant damage measures on 3 September, 2018 (Click Here).
- Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 1031 of 3 September, 2018 (Click Here) amended the list of strategically important goods and resources for which illegal transfer across the customs border of the Russian Federation is criminalized. It includes fish fillets and other fish meat (including minced meat), dried fish, salted or in brine, smoked fish not cooked or cooked before or during smoking, fish meal of fine and coarse grinding and fish granules suitable for consumption, ready-to-eat or canned fish, sturgeon caviar and its substitutes made from fish eggs, prepared or canned crustaceans, mollusks and other aquatic invertebrates.
- Eurasian Economic Commission Decision no 141 published on 28 August, 2018 (Click Here) regarding tariff quotas for 2019 have been established with respect to certain types of agricultural goods imported from third countries. The application of tariff quotas will allow to reduce the costs of entrepreneurs when the internal market of the EAEC member states becomes saturated with meat-raw meat, meat products and whey in 2019.
- Brazil National Telecommunication Agency (Anatel) published on 28 August, 2018 (Click Here) the Act 6506 with updated procedures to include Radiated Emission testing and Radiated Immunity testing (when applicable) of the Restricted Radiation equipment (for example: WLAN, Bluetooth, NFC/RFID, ZigBee, Z-wave) as listed in the Anatel Act 14.448 of 4 December, 2017.
