Dear Madam/Sir,
  1. As per Notification 15/2015-2020 dated 2 July, 2018 (Click Here) issued by the DGFT restriction on import of Peas classified under Exim Code 07131000 (including Yellow peas, Green peas, Dun peas and Kaspa peas,) effective till 30 June, 2018 as per the Notification 04/2015-2020 dated 25 April, 2018 (Click Here), is further extended till 30 September, 2018.

  2. As per Notification 16/2015-2020 dated 2 July, 2018 (Click Here) issued by the DGFT import of Fresh Ginger wholly produced in Nepal, classified under Exim Code 09101110, is ’’Free’.

  3. As per Notification 17/2015-2020 dated 3 July, 2018 (Click Here) issued by the DGFT amendment in Appendix 3 (SCOMET items) to Schedule- 2 of ITC (HS) classification of Export and Import Items, 2018 has been amended.

  4. As per Public Notice 15/2015-2020 dated 28 June, 2018 (Click Here) issued by the DGFT new application format for grant of duty credit scrips under Service Exports from India Scheme (SEIS) is notified, for all SEIS applications with immediate effect.

  5. Public Notice 16/2015-2020 dated 28 June, 2018 (Click Here) issued by the DGFT pertain to amendments in the Paragraph 9.03 relating to Supplementary Claims under Handbook of Procedures (2015-2020) for Chapter 3 Scrips.

  6. As per Public Notice 17/2015-2020 dated 3 July, 2018 (Click Here) issued by the DGFT procedure to obtain No Incentive Certificate under the MEIS is being notified.

  7. As per Public Notice 18/2015-2020 dated 3 July, 2018 (Click Here) issued by the DGFT one Pre-Shipment Agency is notified as PSIA in term of Para 2.55(d) of HBP 2015-20 in Appendix 2G and instruments in respect of one existing Pre-Shipment Inspection Agency has been added.

    •  Updating the current prohibitions on Chloramine T to include related compounds, for clarity

    • Expand current prohibitions on Oleandrin to include Nerium oleander, its extracts, and glycosides

    • Prohibiting the use of Methylisothiazolinone in leave-on products and reducing the maximum allowed concentration in rinse-off products to 0.0015%

    • If a product has Methylchloroisothiazolinone and Methylisothiazolinone, in combination, with Methylisothiazolinone, the total concentration shall not exceed 0.0015%
