Thailand - Proposed Thai Agricultural Standard entitled "Code of Practice for Frozen Durian"

This Thai agricultural standard (TAS) establishes Good Manufacturing Practices for frozen durian. This standard covers principles of food hygiene for frozen durian in the forms of whole fruit, durian flesh with or without seed starting from raw material receiving, processing, storing to transporting to ensure that frozen durian is safe and suitable for human consumption.
