Kazakhstan - Draft amendments No. 1 to the Technical Regulation of the Customs Union "On Safety of High-Speed Railway Transport" (TR CU 002/2011)

Ministry of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan has issued Draft amendments No. 1 to the Technical Regulation of the Customs Union "On Safety of High-Speed Railway Transport" (TR CU 002/2011) specifies the term "innovative product", the scope of application and certain provisions of the Technical Regulation and brings it in compliance with the Treaty on Eurasian Economic Union of 29 May 2014.

Proposed date of adoption: Not less than 180 days from adoption of the technical regulation

Proposed date of entry into force: Not less than 180 days from adoption of the technical regulation

Final date for comments: 20 March 2017
