China - Guidelines for environmental management registration of new chemical substances published

Ministry of Ecology and Environment published supporting regulatory document for the implementation of the "Measures on The Environmental Management Registration of New Chemical Substances". It refines the relevant provisions of the "Measures on The Environmental Management Registration of New Chemical Substances" and clarifies the specific implementation requirements.
