China proposes standards for food nutritional fortifier sodium selenate

National Health Commission of the People's Republic of China (NHC) proposes standard which is applicable to the food nutrition fortifier sodium selenate, which is obtained by the reaction of selenite and sodium hydroxide, and then by oxidizing sodium selenite with hydrogen peroxide.
