Argentina - Affidavit of Composition of Products

National manufacturers and importers of textiles or footwear will be required to submit to the Ministry of Commerce an Affidavit of Composition of Products (DJCP) on the percentage composition of the fibers, in the first case, or of the constituent materials, In the second case, in order to support the veracity of the information declared on the labeling or labeling of such products, as appropriate.

Proposed date of entry into force:4 February 2017

Closing date for comments:5 January 2017
