EU – Draft delegated under the construction product regulation

European Commission has issued draft delegated act under the Construction Products Regulation (EU) No 305/2011 contains the establishment of a classification system for clay tiles covered by EN 1304 in relation to their frost resistance.

Proposed date of adoption: 1st Quarter 2017

Proposed date of entry into force: 2nd Quarter 2017

Final date for comments: 60 days from notification
