Vietnam - QCVN 35:2015/BGTVT National technical regulation on optical characteristic of road vehicle headlamps

Ministry of Transport has issued draft technical regulation regulates the test of optical characteristics for road vehicle. This draft technical regulation applies to those who manufacture, assemble and import headlamps, vehicles and organizations and individuals involved in testing, inspection and certification for the quality, the safety of vehicles.

This draft technical regulation shall replace QCVN 35:2011/BGTVTNational technical regulation on optical characteristic of road vehicle headlamps.

Proposed date of adoption: 5 December 2016

Proposed date of entry into force: 1 January 2017

Final date for comments: 60 days from notification
