South Africa - Regulations relating to the Labelling, Advertising and Composition of Cosmetics

Department of Health has issued regulations relating to the Labelling, Advertising and Composition of Cosmetics: published for comment.  The Regulations make provision for the labelling, advertising and composition of cosmetics.

Proposed date of adoption: 30 March 2017

Proposed date of entry into force: 28 September 2017

Final date for comments: 19 November 2016
