This Draft Resolution refers to a MERCOSUR Resolution project and after the harmonization of the technical requirements at the end of the comments process, the Resolution GMC will be included in the Brazilian Technical Regulation System.

This Draft Resolution revokes:

·      The Annex III of the Resolution RDC Nº 7, 10 February 2015, notified as G/TBT/N/BRA/625

·      The Resolution GMC Nº 26/04

·      Item 01 – Product Registration Annex of Resolution GMC Nº 24/95 (Item 01 – Registro de                      Produtos do Anexo da Res. GMC Nº 24/95)
