GCC – Draft Technical Regulation for "Recycled Plastic Materials and Articles Intended to Come Into Contact with Food"

Saudi Standards, Metrology and Quality Organization (SASO) has issued draft technical regulation is concerned with manufacturing process for recycled plastic materials and articles intended for use in contact with food.

Proposed date of adoption: 180 days from date of publication of approved version

Proposed date of entry into force: 180 days from date of publication of approved version

Final date for comments: 60 days from the date of circulation
