Canada - Proposed Maximum Residue Limit: Hexythiazox (PMRL2016-37)

Pest Management Regulatory Agency (PMRA), Health Canada has notified document PMRL2016-37 is to consult on the listed import maximum residue limits (MRLs) for hexythiazox that have been proposed by Health Canada's Pest Management Regulatory Agency (PMRA).

MRLs are proposed for each commodity included in the listed crop groupings in accordance with the Residue Chemistry Crop Groups webpage (http://www.hc-sc.gc.ca/cps-spc/pest/part/protect-proteger/food-nourriture/rccg-gcpcr-eng.php) in the Pesticides and Pest Management section of Health Canada's website.

Proposed date of adoption : Normally within four to five months from the posting of the Proposed MRL document on the Health Canada website

Final date for comments: [ ] Sixty days from the date of circulation of the notification and/or :9 October 2016
