Uganda - DUS DEAS 6:2016 Fresh pineapples specification

Uganda National Bureau of Standards has published draft Uganda standard specifies the requirements and methods of sampling and test for commercial varieties of pineapples grown from Ananas comosus (L.) Merr. of the Bromeliaceae family, to be supplied fresh to the consumer (Pineapples for ornamental use or industrial processing are excluded).

Proposed date of adoption: December 2016

Proposed date of entry into force: Upon declaration as mandatory by the Minister for Trade, Industry and Cooperatives

Final date for comments: 1 October 2016
