Republic of Korea - Proposed amendment of the Enforcement Regulation of the Special Act on Imported Food Safety Control

Ministry of Food and Drug Safety has issued notification proposing amendment of the Enforcement Regulation of the Special Act on Imported Food Safety. The amendment seeks to impose stricter checks on the products imported by dishonest importers.
