Uruguay – Technical Regulation for the determination of additives and the maximum concentration levels thereof for food category 7: Bread and biscuits:

Ministerio de Salud Pública (Ministry of Public Health) has notified Technical Regulation determines the INS code and function of additives, and the maximum amount permitted in biscuits.

Proposed date of adoption: 90 days from the date of notification.

Proposed date of entry into force: Upon publication in the Official Journal.

Final date for comments: 20 days from the date of notification.
