Kazakhstan - Draft amendments No. 2 to the Technical Regulation of the Customs Union "On Safety of Toys" (TR CU 008/2011)

Ministry of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Department for Foreign Trade Activity Development has issued notification onDraft amendments No. 2 to the Technical Regulations of the Customs Union "On Safety of Toys" (TR CU 008/2011), which entered into force on 1 July 2012, is developed to protect children from the possible negative impact of children's toys that are harmful to their health and development.

Proposed date of adoption: Not less than 180 days from adoption of the technical regulation

Proposed date of entry into force: Not less than 180 days from adoption of the technical regulation

Final date for comments: 29 July 2016
