European commission has issued draft Implementing Regulation lays down rules for implementation of Directive 2013/53/EU as regards watercraft identification, including rules on terminology, assignment and administration of manufacturer's codes.

Proposed date of adoption: First half of September 2016

Proposed date of entry into force: 20 days from publication in the Official Journal of the EU

Final date for comments: 60 days from notification
