USA - Amends the regulations to the latest energy standards to lower consumption requirements

Executive Office of Public Safety and Security/Board of Building Regulations and Standards, State of Massachusetts has issued notification  to  amends the regulations to the latest energy standards to lower consumption requirements, modernizes building envelope, ventilation, insulation systems and other measures, and promotes cost savings for builders, owners, and residents through offsets and improved efficiency.
