United Arab Emirates - Control Scheme of Juices and Drinks for protection of human health

Emirates Authority for Standardization and Metrology (ESMA) has issued notification on draft of UAE Control Scheme of Juices and Drinks for protection of human health or safety and prevention of deceptive practices and consumer protection

This draft of UAE Control scheme applies to juices and nectars drinks including fruit juices, nectars, juices with milk, flavoured artificial drinks, flavoured artificial drink powders and fruit drinks which are included under the scope of standards mentioned in Annex 1 of the Scheme

Final date for comments: 60 days from notification
