USA - Rules and Regulations Under the Hobby Protection Act

Federal Trade Commission (FTC) [1132] has issued notification as part of its regular review of all its rules and guides, and in response to Congressional amendments to the Hobby Protection Act ("Hobby Act" or "Act"), the Federal Trade Commission ("Commission") proposes to amend its Rules and Regulations Under the Hobby Protection Act ("Rules"), and seeks comment on its proposals.
