USA - Temporary non code provision for licensing requirements for e-liquid manufacturers

Alcohol and Tobacco Commission, State of Indiana  has issued notification pertains to E-Liquids Emergency Rule, which  temporarily adds non code provisions for licensing requirements for e-liquid manufacturers.
