USA - A temporary standard for ultra-filtered milk products of the California Code of Regulation:

Department of Food and Agriculture, USA has issued notification on the first re-adoption of emergency rulemaking action no. 2015-0804-01 E, which established a temporary standard for ultra-filtered milk products in title 3 of the California Code of Regulations. 
 
This emergency regulatory action is effective on 7th April, 2016 and will expire on 7th July, 2016. The Certificate of Compliance for this action is due no later than 6th July, 2016.
