Amendment in Motor Vehicle Safety Regulations of Canada (On Side Impact Protection) -

For Protection of human safety, Department of Transport of Canada has proposed new regulation namely “Technical Standards (TSD) 214on Side Impact Protection”for Motor vehicles. This new regulation has mandate of new testing requirements of the stationary pole test, exemptions for vehicles that have been modified to accommodate disabled persons. (Click here for regulation)
