- The DGFT has published following:
- Notification 28/2015-2020 dated 27 August, 2018 (Click Here) the limit of Rs One Crore per year for exports on free of cost exports basis for export promotion for Status Holders is removed and is made 2% of average annual export realization during preceding three licensing years with immediate effect.
- Notification 29/2015-2020 dated 28 August, 2018 (Click Here) export policy of bio-fuels is revised from "Free" to "Restricted" as per the National Policy on Biofuels – 2018.
- Notification 30/2015-2020 dated 28 August, 2018 (Click Here) import policy of Petroleum bitumen under HS code 27132000 and other residues of petroleum oils or of oils obtained from bituminous minerals under HS code 27139000 is "Free".
- Notification 31/2015-2020 dated 29 August, 2018 (Click Here) withdrawing previous Notification No. 15 dated 2 July, 2018 (Click Here) which extended restriction on import of Peas classified under Exim code 07131000 till 30/09/2018.
- Public Notice 31/2015-2020 dated 29 August, 2018 (Click Here) permitting EPCG authorisation holders to shift the capital goods imported during the entire export obligation period to their other units mentioned in the lEC and RCMC subject to conditions specified.
