The DGFT has published following:
- Notification 28/2015-2020 dated 27 August, 2018 (Click Here) the limit of Rs One Crore per year for exports on free of cost exports basis for export promotion for Status Holders is removed and is made 2% of average annual export realization during preceding three licensing years with immediate effect.
- Notification 29/2015-2020 dated 28 August, 2018 (Click Here) export policy of bio-fuels is revised from "Free" to "Restricted" as per the National Policy on Biofuels – 2018.
- Notification 30/2015-2020 dated 28 August, 2018 (Click Here) import policy of Petroleum bitumen under HS code 27132000 and other residues of petroleum oils or of oils obtained from bituminous minerals under HS code 27139000 is "Free".
- Notification 31/2015-2020 dated 29 August, 2018 (Click Here) withdrawing previous Notification No. 15 dated 2 July, 2018 (Click Here) which extended restriction on import of Peas classified under Exim code 07131000 till 30/09/2018.
- Public Notice 31/2015-2020 dated 29 August, 2018 (Click Here) permitting EPCG authorisation holders to shift the capital goods imported during the entire export obligation period to their other units mentioned in the lEC and RCMC subject to conditions specified.
- Public Notice 32/2015-2020 dated 29 August, 2018 (Click Here) para 5.14(b) of Hand book of Procedures 2015-20 amended to facilitate intimation to Regional Authorities without digital signature.
- Trade Notice 28/2018-19 dated 29 August, 2018 (Click Here) new E-Com module for SEIS, ANF 3B to be available from 20.09.2018 for application.
- Trade Notice 27/2018-19 dated 28 August, 2018 (Click Here) to clarify that w.e.f 09/08/2018 Photograph in the IEC has been dispensed with. IEC is now PAN-based system generated code and may no longer be treated as identity card for identity purposes.
- Trade Notice 26/2018 dated 27 August, 2018 (Click Here) pertaining to status of applications for Import/Non-SCOMET Export/SCOMET Export Licenses.

JNCH Customs (Nhava Sheva) has issued Public Notice No. 125/2018 dated 21 August, 2018 (Click Here) which pertains to procedures to be followed for obtaining unique Direct Port Delivery (DPD) code to DPD importers.

The Food Safety Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) published following dated 24 August, 2018:
- File No- 3/DFS/FFRC/Fortification/FSSAI-2017 (Click Here) regarding exemption of iodized salt (when fortified with iodine) from the requirement of carrying the +F logo on label.
- File No- Stds/ Nutra (DCGI)/FSSAI/2017 (Pt 1) (Click Here) regarding implementation of Food Safety and Standards (Health Supplements, Nutraceuticals, Food for Special Dietary Use, Food for Special Medical Purpose, Functional Food and Novel Food) Regulation, 2016.

Thailand office of Industrial Product Standards published following:
- Manual on marking and labeling products in compliance with Thai Industrial Standards (TIS) dated 17 August, 2018 (Click Here).
- Imported 4 electrical products after August 16-17 (Click Here) are required to comply with the new standard. The waiver shall be granted for a period not exceeding one year from the date of the new standard or revised standard. Effective from 16-17 August, 2018 onwards.

The Government of Vietnam published Decree No. 108/2018 / ND-CP dated 24 August, 2018 (Click Here) amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Government's Decree No. 78/2015 / ND-CP of 14 September, 2015 on business registration. This Degree will effective from 10 October, 2018.

The National Agency of Drug and Food Control, Indonesia published following dated 21 August, 2018 :
- Regulation No. 18 Year 2018 (Click Here) pertaining to procedures for Supervision of Cigarette Products Circulating and Advertising.
- Regulation No. 19 Year 2018 (Click Here) for special arrangements for distribution and submission of Buprenorphine.

Ministry of Finance, Malaysia published Customs (Prohibition of Imports) (Amendment) (No. 2) Order 2018 dated 29 August, 2018 (Click Here) took effect, specifically for items classified under Chapter 72 (Iron and steel) and Chapter 76 (Aluminum and Articles thereof).

Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food, Spain published Order no. 208, dated 28 August, 2018 (Click Here) related to conditions to examine certain varieties of agricultural and horticultural plant species.

Ministry of the Presidency, Spain published Order PCI / 891/2018 dated 25 August, 2018 (Click Here) amending Annex III of Royal Decree 219/2013, of March 22, on restrictions on the use of certain hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment.

The Ministry of Livestock, Agriculture and Fisheries (MGAP), Uruguay published Resolution of DGSA No. 97 dated 15 August, 2018 (Click Here) pertaining to manufacturers, formulators, importers or distributors of inputs developed from organic raw materials for agricultural use, may not market them without first registering them and obtaining the authorization of sale from the Ministry of Livestock, Agriculture and Fisheries.
