Brazil - Proposed resolution n° 287, 3 February 2017, regarding the active ingredient A29 - Acetamiprid of the monograph list of active ingredients for pesticides, household cleaning products and wood preservers, published Brazilian Health Regulatory Agency – ANVISA has issued resolution n° 287, 3 February 2017, regarding the active ingredient A29 - Acetamiprid of the monograph list of active ingredients for pesticides, household cleaning products and wood preservers, published by Resolution - RE n° 165 of 29 August 2003, on the Brazilian Official Gazette (DOU - Diário Oficial da União) of 2 September 2003. This Draft resolution incorporates the following changes for the active ingredient A29 - Acetamiprid in the Relation of Monographies of Active Ingredients of Pesticides, Household Cleaning Products and Wood Preservers: - Inclusion of cultures (pumpkin, zucchini, sweet potato, eggplant, sugar beet, broccoli, citrus, chayote, kale, Brussels sprouts, cauliflower, jiló, cassava/manioc, maxixe, cucumber, pepper, green pepper, okra, cabbage, grape) with MRL and safety security period; - Change of security period (for wheat, triticale, oatmeal, rye, barley and papaya); and Modification of the MRL for watermelon.
