GCC – Draft Technical Regulation for "Barley Flour"

Saudi Standards, Metrology and Quality Organization (SASO) has issued draft technical regulation applies to barley flour prepared for direct human consumption of barley grain (Hordeum vulgare) and does not include malt flour.

Proposed date of adoption: 180 days from date of publication of approved version

Proposed date of entry into force: 180 days from date of publication of approved version

Final date for comments: 60 days from the date of circulation
