The Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT) has published following:
- Public notice No 60/2015-20 dated 17 December 2018notifying 5% MEIS benefit for Fixed Veg oils of Sal Kokam and Mango butter (Cultivated).
- Public notice No 61/2015-20 dated 18 December 2018regarding list of capital goods not permitted/ permitted for import under EPCG Scheme.

The Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs (CBIC) has published following
- Notification No. 81/2018–Customs dated 17 December 2018seeks to partially amend notification No. 37/2017-Customs dated 30.06.2017 in order to exempt BCD and IGST for imports by NTRO.
- Notification No. 80/2018-Customs dated 15 December 2018seeks to further postpone the implementation of increased customs duty on specified imports originating in USA from 17th December, 2018 to 31st January, 2019.
- Notification No. 98/2018-CUSTOMS (N.T.) dated 14 December 2018 revised Tariff Value of Palm Oil, Palmolein, Gold and Silver, Brass Scrap, Areca Nuts and Poppy Seeds.
- Notification No. 57/2018-Customs (ADD) dated 13 December 2018 seeks to impose anti-dumping duty on imports of "Zeolite 4A (detergent grade)" originating in or exported from China PR.

Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), USA published 40 CFR Part 180 dated 13 December 2018 establishing tolerances for residues of 6-benzyladenine in or on various commodities.

Canada – published following:
- Minister of Innovation, Science and Economic Development Canada published Issue 2 on 14 December 2018 regarding guidelines for the preparation of Radio frequency (RF) exposure compliance reports for Radiocommunication and Broadcasting Antenna Systems, replaces GL-08.
- Department of Natural Resources published Part I, Volume 152, and Number 49 on 8 December 2018 amending Energy Efficiency Regulations, 2016.

South Korea – Korean Food and Drug Administration published following:
- Prime Ministerial Decree No. 1509 dated 20 December 2018on enforcement regulation of special act on imported food safety management.
- Notice No. 2018-108 dated 19 December 2018 amended law for the promotion of safety technologies for foods and drugs.

United Kingdom – published following:
- Scotland Statutory Instruments 2018 No. 1383 dated 19 December 2018 published the Misuse of Drugs and Misuse of Drugs (Safe Custody) (Amendment) (England and Wales and Scotland) Regulations 2018. The regulation will come into force from 1 April 2019.
- Statutory Instruments 2018 No. 1387 dated 18 December 2018 published the Weighing and Measuring Equipment and Meters (Amendment of Secondary Legislation) (EU Exit) Regulations 2018.
- Statutory Instruments 2018 No. 1377 dated 13 December 2018 published the Health and Safety (Amendment) (Northern Ireland) (EU Exit) Regulations 2018.
- Northern Irelands Statutory Instruments 2018 No. 188 dated 13 December 2018 published the Pesticides, Genetically Modified Organisms and Fertilisers (Miscellaneous Amendments) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2018. The regulation will come into force from 7 January 2019.

European Union – European Commission published following:
- Implementing Regulation (EU) 2018/2017 of 18 December 2018 authorising the placing on the market of syrup from Sorghum bicolor (L.) Moench as a traditional food from a third country under Regulation (EU) 2015/2283.
- Implementing Regulation (EU) 2018/2019 of 18 December 2018 establishing a provisional list of high risk plants, plant products or other objects, within the meaning of Article 42 of Regulation (EU) 2016/2031 and a list of plants for which phytosanitary certificates are not required for introduction into the Union, within the meaning of Article 73 of that Regulation.
- Commission Regulation (EU) 2018/2005 of 17 December 2018 amending Annex XVII to Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006 of the European Parliament and of the Council concerning the Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals (REACH) as regards bis(2-ethylhexyl) phthalate (DEHP), dibutyl phthalate (DBP), benzyl butyl phthalate (BBP) and diisobutyl phthalate (DIBP).

- Implementing Regulation (EU) 2018/1992 of 14 December 2018 amending Implementing Regulation (EU) No 1191/2014 regarding reporting of data referred to in Article 19 of Regulation (EU) No 517/2014 in respect of hydrofluorocarbons placed on the market in the United Kingdom and in the Union of 27 Member States.
- Implementing Decision (EU) 2018/2015 of 17 December 2018amending the Annex to Implementing Decision 2014/709/EU concerning animal health control measures relating to African swine fever in certain Member States.
- Implementing Decision (EU) 2018/2013 of 14 December 2018on the identification of 1,7,7-trimethyl-3-(phenylmethylene)bicyclo[2.2.1]heptan-2-one (3-benzylidene camphor) as a substance of very high concern pursuant to Article 57(f) of Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006.

- Ministry of Health and Elderly published BEK no 1615 on 18 December 2018 regarding executive order on access to and registration, etc. of drug and vaccination information.
- Ministry of Energy, Supply and Climate published LOV no 1521 dated 18 December 2018 regarding act on supplementary provisions for a regulation establishing a framework for energy labeling.
- Ministry of Health and Elderly published Act LOV no 1557 on 18 December 2018 amending the Medicines Act.

EEU – Eurasian Economic Commission published following
- Decision No. 198 published on 18 December 2018 temporary imposing zero import duty on certain types of fertilized fish roe for a period of three years.
- Decision No. 199 published on 18 December 2018 reading extending zero rate of import duty on natural calcium phosphates, aluminum-calcium phosphates and phosphate, ground chalk falling under HS 25102000 till 4 January 2021.
- Resolution no 1512 of Russia published on 12 December 2018 establishes checkpoints across the state border of the Russian Federation, which allow duty-free sales of goods to individuals arriving on the customs territory of the EAEU by air or water transport.
