As per Public Notice 65/2015-2020 dated 13 March, 2018 (Click Here) issued by the DGFT para 2.86 of the Handbook of Procedure (2015-20) pertaining to the provision on Irrevocable Letter of Credit is deleted.

The Ministry of Agriculture & Farmers Welfare, India published Plant Quarantine (Regulation of import into India)(Second Amendment) Order, 2018 dated 12 March, 2018 (Click Here) for certain amendments to the phytosanitary conditions governing the import of certain plants and plant materials into India.

Health Canada published a notice of modification to the List of Permitted Sweeteners dated 13 March, 2018 (Click Here) to enable the use of Erythritol in food thickener products.

National Health Surveillance Agency of Brazil (ANVISA) published Electronic Import Petition Booklet dated 13 March, 2018 (Click Here). In this new version were included more detailed information to fill out the form, based on inquiries that arrived at ANVISA and solves doubts as to the insertion of information about the shelf life and date of manufacture of the product. The document is aimed at companies that import health-related products.

The Australian Pesticides and Veterinary Medicines Authority (APVMA) published Agricultural and Veterinary Chemicals Code Instrument No. 4 (MRL Standard) Amendment Instrument 2018 (No. 3) dated 15 March, 2018 (Click Here). It amends the MRLs of agricultural and veterinary chemicals and MRLs for pesticides in animal feed commodities for certain compounds.

The Australian Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) published Therapeutic Goods (Permissible Indications) Determination No.1 of 2018 dated 7 March, 2018 (Click Here). The Act provides for the establishment and maintenance of a national system of controls for the quality, safety, efficacy and timely availability of therapeutic goods that are used in or exported from Australia.

South Korea published following amendments:
- Cosmetics Policy Division published Law No. 15488 on 13 March, 2018 (Click Here) partially amended Cosmetic Act, which will come into force from 14 March 2019.
- Ministry of Agriculture and Fishery Policy published Law No. 15487 on 13 March, 2018 (Click Here) amending Livestock Sanitation Management Act, which will come into force from 14 March 2019.
- Medical Device Policy Division published Law No. 15486 on 13 March, 2018 (Click Here) revising Medical technique Act, which will come into force from 14 March 2019.
- Food Safety Policy Division published Law No. 15484 on 13 March, 2018 (Click Here) amending Food Hygiene Act, which will come into force from 14 March 2019.

The United Kingdom published following:
- Statuary Instrument no 320 published on 8 March, 2018 (Click Here) amending Plant Health (England) (Amendment) (No. 2) Order 2018. This order will come into force from 1 April, 2018.
- Statuary Instrument no 339 published on 9 March, 2018 (Click Here) amending Communications (Television Licensing) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 2018. This order will come into force from 1 April, 2018.

Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare, Japan published Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices Safety Information (FY2017) on 13 March, 2018 (Click Here) containing Important Safety Information (Gardenia fruit), Revision of Precautions (No. 292) Gardenia fruit (and 6 others) and List of Products Subject to Early Post-marketing Phase Vigilance.

The European Union update Register of Feed Additives pursuant to Regulation (EC) No 1831/2003 Annexure I (Click Here) and Annexure II (Click Here) of List of additives.

Ministry of Transport, Building and Housing of Denmark published following on 14 March, 2018:
- Executive Order on Conditions for Tempo 100 Driving by Caravan (Click Here).

Eurasian Council for Economic Board published following on 7 March, 2018:
- Decision no 36 (Click Here) established that assessment of the conformity of products to mandatory requirements established by the acts included in the EAEC right or by the legislation of the EEA member state issued prior to the entry into force of the technical regulation of the EEA "On the safety of oil prepared for transportation and (or) use "(TR EAES 045/2017), are valid until the end of their validity, but not later than January 1, 2021.
- Decision no 37 (Click Here) amended decision on adoption of the technical regulations of the Customs Union" On the safety of personal protective equipment. Amendment contains lists of standards and documents in the field of standardization necessary for the implementation and application of the requirements of the technical regulations "On the safety of personal protective equipment.
