Russia - Draft amendments No. 2 to the Technical Regulation of the Customs Union "On the safety of milk and dairy products" (TR CU 033/2013)

Eurasian Economic Commission has issued draft amendments No. 2 to the Technical Regulation of the Customs Union "On the safety of milk and dairy products" (TR CU 033/2013). It provide for the correction of definitions and establish additional requirements for the labelling of milk-containing products, in particular such as"reconstituted milk", "milk-containing product”, etc.

Proposed date of adoption: Not less than 180 days from adoption of the technical regulation

Proposed date of entry into force: Not less than 180 days from adoption of the technical regulation

Final date for comments: 10 May 2017
