Japan - Amendment to the Poisonous and Deleterious Substances Designation Order

Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare has issued notification on amendment to the Poisonous and Deleterious Substances Designation Order. Under the provision of the Poisonous and Deleterious Substances Control Act, Ministry of Health Labour and Welfare designates following one substance as deleterious.

Proposed date of adoption: 14 June 2017

Proposed date of entry into force: 1 July 2017

Final date for comments: 60 days from notification
