Brazil - Proposed resolution (Consulta Publica) number 295, 8 February 2017, regarding the active ingredient A41 - AMICARBAZONA (AMICARBAZONE) of the monograph list of active ingredients for pesticides, household cleaning products and wood preservers, published by Resolution - RE n° 165 of 29 August 2003, on the Brazilian Official Gazette (DOU - Diário Oficial da União) of 2 September 2003.

This resolution incorporates the following changes in corn cultures for the active ingredient A41 - AMICARBAZONE from the Relation of Monographies of Active Ingredients of Pesticides, Household Cleaning Products and Wood Preservers:

-        Change of safety security period from 112 days to "not determined due to the mode of use";

-        Change of mode of use from 'pre-emergency' for "pre or post emergency".
