EU - Commission Regulation (EU) amending Regulation (EC) No 2074/2005 as regards official controls on fishery products caught by vessels flying the flag of a Member State and introduced into Union after being transferred in third countries and establishing a model health certificate for those products

European Commission, Health and Food Safety Directorate-General has notified document establishes a model health certificate to be signed by competent authorities in non-EU countries for fishery products originating from a vessel flying a flag of a member State of the European Union and unloaded in a port of a non-EU country.

Proposed date of publication : To be determined.

Proposed date of entry into force: [ ] Six months from date of publication, and/or : 1 July 2018

Final date for comments: [X] Sixty days from the date of circulation of the notification and/or : 7 April 2017
