Kazakhstan - Draft amendments to the Technical Regulation of the Customs Union "On Safety of Equipment Operating under Excess Pressure" (TR CU 032/2013)

Ministry of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan has issued Draft amendments to the Technical Regulation of the Customs Union "On Safety of Equipment Operating under Excess Pressure" envisages (i) establishment of new terms, (ii) clarification of certain provisions of the Technical Regulation on the basis of the results of the application of the Technical Regulation.

Proposed date of adoption: Not less than 180 days from adoption of the technical regulation

Proposed date of entry into force: Not less than 180 days from adoption of the technical regulation

Final date for comments: 20 March 2017
