European Commission has issued Implementing Regulation approves pyrogenic, synthetic amorphous silicon dioxide, nano, surface treated as an existing active substance for use in biocidal products for product-type 18.

Proposed date of adoption: April 2017

Proposed date of entry into force: 20 days from publication in the Official Journal of the EU (Application from November 2018)

Final date for comments: 60 days from notification
