EU - Commission Regulation amending Regulation (EC) No 152/2009 as regards the methods for the determination of the levels of dioxins and polychlorinated biphenyls

European Commission, Health and Food Safety Directorate-General has issued the draft Regulation relates to a technical update of the requirements for analysing dioxins and PCBs in feed taking into account developments of technical and scientific knowledge and experiences gained in with the application of the current analytical requirements.

Proposed date of publication (dd/mm/yy): May 2017

Proposed date of entry into force: [ ] Six months from date of publication, and/or(dd/mm/yy): 20 days after its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.

Final date for comments: [X] Sixty days from the date of circulation of the notification and/or (dd/mm/yy): 11 March 2017
