This draft National technical regulation specifies requirements on permitted limit of formaldehyde and aromatic amines derived from azo colourants in textile products consumed in Viet Nam market, sampling method, test method as well as relevant quality management.

This draft regulation shall apply to the organizations and individuals consuming textiles products in Viet Nam, the accredited and designated conformity assessment bodies by competent authorities and other related organizations and individuals.
