Chile - Process of sanitary registration of pharmaceutical products published

Ministry of Health (MINSAL) are intended to establish a simplification of processes associated with the administrative procedure of sanitary registration of pharmaceutical products in human use in Chile, and the demonstration of Therapeutic Equivalence, both regulations correspond to a modification of Supreme Decree No. 3 of 2010 of the Ministry of Health, which for reasons of urgency were published in the Official Gazette of Chile on August 21, 2020.
