China – Publishes supervision regulation on safety technology for gas cylinder

State Administration for Market Regulation ensuring the safe operation of gas cylinder, prevent and reduce the number of accidents, guarantee the safety of lives and property and promote the economic development, Supervision Regulation on Safety Technology for Gas Cylinder stipulates materials, design, manufacture, type test, supervision inspection, accessories, filling and using and periodic inspection of cylinder used within the territory of the People's Republic of China in the scope of Special Equipment Catalogue, in accordance with Special Equipment Safety Law of the People's Republic of China, Special Equipment Safety Supervision Regulation and other relevant laws and regulations.  Supervision Regulation on Safety Technology of Gas Cylinder is drafted to revise the related stipulations.
