Pest Management Regulatory Agency (PMRA), Health Canada proposes maximum residue limits (MRLs) for azoxystrobin.

MRL (ppm) 1 Gross agricultural product and / or processed product2

10 Bear raisin, blueberries, cloudberries, cranberries3, dwarf blueberries3, kunzea fruit and partridge bread

1ppm = parts per million

This measure does not apply to strawberries because an MRL of 10 ppm already exists for this commodity.This MRL is proposed to replace the MRL of 3 ppm in force for residues of azoxystrobin present in or on these foods.

If not, indicate, where possible, how and why it differs from the international standard: A comparison of the proposed MRLs for azoxystrobin in Canada with the MRLs of the Codex Alimentarius Commission is presented in Table 2 of the PMRL document.
