Mexico published specification for fresh Chilli

Ministry of Economy proposes Specifications, production process, commercial information, test methods and procedure for the evaluation of conformity, which must be complied with by Yahualica chili in a fresh and dry state that are marketed in the national territory.

The geographical area for the Denomination of Origin "Yahualica" is that which is contemplated by the General Declaration of Protection of the Denomination of Origin issued by the Mexican Institute of Industrial Property.
